This quick and easy exercise of reflecting on FIVE relationships you are grateful for will shift your perspective and enable you to move forward with your day.

Think of a relationship (person or animal):
Picture their face.
Picture their smile.
Hear their tone of voice.
See one joy-filled memory with them.
Now, repeat for the four others.
Take in ALL FIVE and feel gratitude. Then take it a step further and let each one know what you thought of today that made you smile!
