Tom and Tori Dabasinskas share a heart for leaders in every sense of the word —professional leaders, home leaders, ministry leaders, and any others who spend their hours empowering, elevating, or educating others. Throughout their 30+ years of marriage, Tom’s and Tori’s individual careers have charted their own courses while sharing a common DNA: investing in, serving, and developing leaders. 

Tom and Tori both graduated from USC in Los Angeles, CA. They each completed their Masters Degrees — Tom, a Masters of Divinity at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA, and Tori, a Masters in Counseling at St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA. Two of their absolute favorite people in their lives are their adult kids, Danica and Peyton.

Tori is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with more than 25 years of private practice experience. Skilled at helping others navigate challenging conversations and relationships, Tori specializes in coordinated professional care, conflict resolution, trauma, marriage, parenting, and anxiety management. An inspiring speaker and efficient consultant in a variety of business and nonprofit settings, her national and international experiences have uniquely equipped her to be an effective guide for people of various backgrounds and faiths. Tori leads the counseling retreats and couples intensive getaways and is also available for team summits.

Tom has a deep passion for helping individuals and organizations thrive relationally and strategically. He has spent more than 30 years helping individuals and teams in the nonprofit sector reach their personal and professional potential. Tom's life has been enriched by times of planning, meditating, writing, and strategizing at retreat centers around the world — experiences that have shaped the formation of Mirador Retreats in ways both profound and subtle. Tom primarily leads the team summits and is available for personalized getaways.
